WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Ordering wine from Teneral Cellars means you are part of the community. We want you to be happy with every aspect of your experience. If for any reason we did not meet that expectation, we would love to hear from you and have the opportunity to make things better. Please contact us as soon as the issue occurs.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
It is really unusual to receive a damaged product from us with our amazing fulfillment team. However, we're human and it happens. In the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know as soon as you can. We can replace your wine, issue you a credit on a gift card or process a refund for your damaged items. Let us know how we can make things better!
INCORRECT OR MISSING BOTTLES OF WINE
Again, we're human and we, occasionally, make mistakes. If we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you. In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, let us know and we'll determine a resolution. In some cases, we may ask you to hold on to the bottles and packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order, or refund you for your missing items.
NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WINE
We are proud of the wine we produce from sustainably farmed grapes in California and we know you'll love sipping on them with friends. If for any reason a bottle just isn't working for you, contact us. We would enjoy helping you choose a different bottle. You matter to us, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve it.
RESHIPPING WINE
When an order is returned to the winery after several delivery attempts at the address you gave us, we are still always happy to reship the order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment arrangements.
VINTAGE SUBSTITUTIONS
On occasion, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. We will not hold up your order. We will automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage. We will only substitute with a vintage for the same type and varietal.

Exceptional wine is our catalyst for connection, crucial conversations, and investments toward an equitable future for all women.
Though we are veterans of the industry, we are the first to disrupt it by creating a business that intentionally reflects the industry’s largest consumer….women. We are building a beautifully diverse team of women and work with women owned businesses as our suppliers and partners. We donate 10% of profits to organizations that empower women and promote gender and racial equity.
